By now you have all seen or heard of the bins at reception, W- Tech & Fibretek – here are some more information about this worthy charity that we support:

Ethembeni Children’s Care Centre is situated in Mfuleni, a township near Blue downs on the Cape Flats. They have about 25 children in their care, from ages 2 years and up.

Ethembeni was established 26 years ago by Mama Emma in response to the vast number of destitute children who were homeless, unwanted or abandoned. To date, Ethembeni continues to provide shelter, education and social development opportunities to these young people. Mama Emma provides love and care for the children in a safe, family environment. Were it not for this approach, these young people would regress and inevitably land up with even greater emotional and physical scars.

We would like to challenge you to support this cause by donating products in the bins.  Below is a list of specific products that will make a big difference in the lives of the kids and Mama Emma:

White Star Maize Meal, Sugar, Rice, cans of Pilchards fish, Jam, Peanut butter, Cake Flour, Ace Instant porridge, powder milk, Cooking Oil
